  还有一个星期就开学拉

  真是个漫长的假期

  前期生活极规律

  星期一到五跆拳道训练五天七次 从头到脚没有一块不收伤的

  星期六或日去SOHO喝绿茶 不要以为我在讲笑 真的是去喝绿茶 还被WAITER歧视啊 还有和川十五二十

  这样的生活直到8月9号才结束

  8月11号 就要做火车去哈尔滨的拉 10号还去了一躺小梅沙

  很开心 八班好久没聚拉 大家都很尽兴 DV拍得也很搞笑 能玩多几天就好卤

  11号下午5点就已经坐上去哈尔滨的火车

  40个小时的火车 搞的我三天没没洗头 有了新外号 "火云邪神"

  十三号九点 踏上哈尔滨这快土地 干燥 是对它的第一感觉

  看到东北农大的学生宿舍 才知道深大米兰斋是多么漂亮

  只好自己出钱租学校的招待所

  晚上大吃了一顿 正中清真菜 有几个白痴怕体重超标 所以只能看着我吃爽啊

  十四号称体重和熟悉场地 大家都"刚刚好"过关

  十五号比赛正式开始 我们连损两将  就只有肥仔斌运气加战术拿了第三

  可是我发烧了

  十六号 因为发烧睡了一天 我们打的很不错 一个第一 一个第三 一个第五

  十七号 终于到我上场了 两个月的努力就就因为一场病将我打倒

  虽然对手是国青队的 但我因该可以打的更好

  全国三并不是我想要的 好象每到大赛前我都会发烧 这是命运吗

  下午去了中央大街 发觉哈尔滨靓女真的不多

  十八号中午在满汉楼吃了 在哈尔滨最后一顿 提实惠的 大鱼大肉 十个人才三百快

  下午五点 终于离开哈尔滨 一个不太喜欢的地方

  无论是当地的人和气候(为什么可以那么多天不洗澡 在澡堂洗澡真地很脏)

  二十号我回来了

  回拉的头几天都在适应没有跆拳道的日子

  然后就去了躺香港 山顶很漂亮 可是我去的时候下雨了 能见度很低 一定要再去

  谁说坐BUS下山的 晕死拉 以后不坐十五路

  回来以后还是每星期会去一次SOHO 好象已经习惯拉

  虽然少了些什么

  静养一个星期 新学期太忙了 男篮 女篮 院际杯

  省赛 市赛 跆协招新

  校运会 四级(我不是重考的哦)

  过了一个很累但很充实的暑假

    

 

 

 

本想过个舒服的周末但是:

肚子被踢肿了 膝盖都都青了

这星期没有一天不添新伤的

今天得知: 1.比赛推迟5天 

              2.可以坐飞机去哈尔滨

              3.我要增肥打72-78公斤级

7个小时的努力小宝之家终于诞生拉!!!

 

已经是凌晨2:30分拉

小牛出线,建队26年以来第一次进入总决赛,库班应该快要暴走拉,4-0,4-3,4-2,小宝几乎看了小牛所有比赛今天也不例外,小牛加油!!! 

 

等会去看达芬奇的密码(8小时后),已经上了两周拉,越来越多人说它很好看,也很久没去电影院看电影拉,

看完还可以好好逛逛街

 

心愿都了了就要全身心的投入跆拳道的训练中了

目标只有一个全国冠军

所以今天是最后一次超过十二点睡觉

 

在以上的环境下小宝之家诞生拉(好像都没多大联系)
